Invincibles Studio Limited, registered with company number 05271374 at 4th floor, 33 Park Place, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 2RY (“ISL”, “we”, “us”) coordinates the “Soccer Manager 2024” Promotion (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion will be operated in accordance with these terms and conditions and Facebook’s
terms and conditions (as applicable).
1. ACCEPTANCE
By participating in the Promotion, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not apply to enter the Promotion.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 You may only enter the Promotion:
2.1.1 if you are aged 18 years or older; and
2.1.2 if you have a UK postal address.
2.2 You cannot enter the promotion if you or any person related to you is an employee, consultant or agent of ISL or any of its affiliates.
3. PROMOTION ENTRY
3.1 To enter the Promotion, you must :
3.1.1 Install Soccer Manager 2024;
3.1.2 Provide a name for correspondence;
3.1.3 Provide an email address for correspondence.
3.1.4 Provide your Soccer Manager 2024 User ID.
3.1.5 Details on how to find this User ID are as follows:
(a) Open Soccer Manager 2024 on any mobile device.
(b) Open the “settings” menu, indicated by a cog icon in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
(c) The user ID is displayed to the user in the bottom right corner of the “settings” menu that appears. It can be copied to a device’s clipboard by pressing on it.
3.2 Providing incorrect or otherwise faulty information will nullify an individual’s entry and result in a redraw if an invalid entry is chosen.
3.3 Entries to the Promotion will only be accepted between 10th November 2023 and 17th December.
3.4 We can refuse entry for any reason, without notice to you. We will not accept any entries which we consider to be incomplete, misleading, late or inappropriate.
4. PRIZE
The prize is one official Premier League match ball, one official German Supercup match ball and one Soccer Manager 2024 poster (the “Prize”). There is one (1) Prize available to be won. The Prize cannot be transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything else.
5. DETERMINATION OF WINNER, NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY
5.1 The Promotion will have one winner.
5.2 The winner of the Promotion will be chosen at random and notified by email on or around 19th December 2023. The selection of the winner by ISL is final. The Prize will be delivered on or around 10th January 2024.
5.3 Each winner must accept the Prize by responding to the notification within 2 days, in accordance with any instructions in the notification. In the response, the winner must set out their full name, a contact telephone number and a delivery address for the Prize.
5.4 If a winner cannot be contacted by or does not respond within 2 days, the prize will be awarded to a substitute winner instead.
5.5 The Prize will be delivered by courier. If on delivery a winner is not available to receive the Prize, that winner must pay any costs of re-delivery.
5.6 The winners may be requested to participate in promotional activity.
6. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS.
6.1 We can exclude any entries if we have a reasonable belief the entrant has breached these terms and conditions or the spirit of these terms and conditions.
6.2 We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay caused:
6.2.1 by your participation in the Promotion;
6.2.2 by third parties, including losses, damages or delays caused by fraud or any failure of any communication network;
6.2.3 as a result of any incorrect or incomplete information provided by any entrant.
7. DATA PROTECTION AND DIRECT MARKETING
7.1 By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are giving your consent to us to:
7.1.1 process your personal data;
7.1.2 disclose your personal data to our affiliates;
7.1.3 disclose your personal data to third parties, but only to the extent necessary for that third party to deliver the Prize;
7.1.4 use your name on the Page and in promotional materials or marketing activity;
7.1.5 transfer your data outside of the European Economic Area;
7.1.6 send you email and/or SMS messages about our products or services, or other offers and promotions that we think you may be interested in; and
7.1.7 permit trusted third parties to send you email and/or SMS messages about
offers and promotions that we think you may be interested in.
7.2 You must let us know if any of your personal data is incorrect or becomes out of date.
7.3 If you want to withdraw your consent, you can do so at any time by emailing to: competitions@invinciblesstudio.com. If you withdraw your consent, you will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion or win the Prize.
8. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND APPLICABLE LAW.
8.1 We can change these terms and conditions at any time and those changes may take retrospective effect.
8.2 If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Facebook’s terms and conditions from time to time, these terms and conditions will take precedence.
8.3 These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted according to English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant English courts.
