The Soccer Manager 2026 Open Beta has now been released on Android & iOS!
After months of development, the day our community has been asking for has arrived. We have released the first public version of our upcoming title Soccer Manager 2026 for our players to test out and get involved with early. The release of the Soccer Manager Open Beta is always one of the biggest and most exciting days in our calendar, and this year is no exception!
Unlike previous years, Soccer Manager 2026 is releasing as an update, rather than as a whole new app. This means that you will be able to keep all of your saves, progress, and currencies from year to year – no need to start from scratch every time! This is one of the biggest changes in the history of the Soccer Manager series and marks a major change in how things work. This has required a lot of work from our development team to accomplish, but the results are more than worth the hard work of the last few months.
The continuous app is not the only thing we have been working on. As well as making sure our users can keep their progress from year to year, we have also:
- Introduced an all-new manager traits system. This adds fully-featured perk trees to the game that you can level up in each of your careers.
- Added brand-new objectives, including a whole new category of daily objectives. This gives you more ways than ever to earn in-game rewards.
- Overhauled major systems of the game, including training and transfers, to deliver the highest quality product possible.
- Upgraded the Match Motion engine, bringing the matchday experience up to a whole new level in Soccer Manager 2026.
- Redesigned the entire in-game user interface. This is more than just a reskin; we have spent weeks reworking elements of the UI to make it cleaner & simpler to use than ever before.
There are also masses of bugfixes and changes to help make this the highest quality release in the history of the Soccer Manager series. As part of our Match Fit Initiative, we’ve invested significant time in tackling bugs reported to us by our community. We’ve been rewriting core systems of the game to improve performance and tackle deep-seated issues.
